- Introduction:Jill has taught in a range of educational settings from early years to HE, with a
background in Art, SEN and Deaf Education. She obtained qualifications from The
Institute for Education London University, The Open University and the University of
Birmingham, where she obtained the mandatory qualification of a Teacher of the
Deaf. Subsequently, she has been an Advisory Teacher with a focus on Post 16 learning.
